I have the DVD & watch it frequently. My favorite line is after the fight at the train when Monty says, "Mr. Brookshire, you can't have no idea how little I care."Monty and Chet.

I Really, Really, like Harrison Ford's Hat here.
I really like both those movies. Although they are nearly identical, I think if I had to choose just one, it would be the Lee Marvin version.I like Tom Selleck. But I think for tonights' entertainment we'll take in Le Marvin's version.

In the style of the 1929 Tom Mix.I Really, Really, like Harrison Ford's Hat here.......
There's the original version with Jack Palance too.I really like both those movies. Although they are nearly identical, I think if I had to choose just one, it would be the Lee Marvin version.

Yes, he was very good in the part of Chet. There's the original version with Jack Palance too.
Thanks for the correction. I prefer the Selleck/Carradine version so it's been a while.Jack was Lee Marvin's buddy in the original.
Another good western. One of my favorites. Everyone had their own "music"!I have the 40th Anniversary edition (2008) of "Once..." with extra scenes plus old & new interviews. I think the McBain house is all but gone now, & the hanging archway is.

In an old interview Henry Fonda talks about the scene when they kill the McBain's & he shoots the little boy. He said he was prepared to wear dark contacts throughout the movie but Sergio Leone wanted that shot with his bright blue eyes.
