Thanks for posting that! I am hoping I can combine some of my sewing patterns and remake some of those dresses!

Well, the cool thing about Mccall magazine is that it lists the pattern number, so if you really want to you can search them out! But it's also a really good idea to combine pieces, like you say, as long as you keep track of what went in what envelope

I have a McCall's pattern book from the 40's. I really wish my scanner worked.

I wish I would have kept track of my pattern peices. I think I have about 10 patterns all mixed up. I *hope* it won't be too hard to find their right homes.
