MASSIVE The Real McCoy's Jacket Sale! Buco/Joe McCoy/USAAF/USN

It pains me to do this, but given how my personal style has changed over the past few years, I've decided that it's time to pass these beauties along to a better home where they will be worn and appreciated instead of collecting dust inside my closet. Listed below you will find my personally curated assortment of Japan's finest leather (and non-leather) jackets from the finest brand on the planet, The Real McCoy's (as well as one from Freewheelers). Each of these jackets was meticulously cared for and kept in a pet-free, smoke-free environment.

Buco JH-1, Brown Shinki Horsehide, sz 40 - $1500

A truly beautiful jacket in the less commonly seen brown colorway. Flannel lined for extra warmth. I would have worn this a lot more if I didn't already own a J-24 (which is not for sale).

Buco J-100, Dark Brown Shinki Horsehide, sz 38 - $1600

This one really hurts to let go. I purchased this from The Real McCoy's in Harajuku when I visted back in 2017 and hand-selected the jacket with the best grain. unfortunately i've put on weight and simply can't fit into this anymore, otherwise I'd be keeping it for sure. Rare colorway that you'll probably never see for sale, especially in this condition.

Buco J-100, White Shinki Horsehide, sz 40 - $1200

Truly the definition of a statement piece. Another incredibly rare colorway of the J-100 that you'll probably never see another listing for. Bought this one used and it ended up just sitting in my closet.

A-2 Flight Jacket, Seal Brown Shinki Horsehide, sz 40 - $1400

The signature jacket of The Real McCoy's. Because they buy so much of the available stock, RMC already get's the best of Shinki's leather (yes, not all Shinki is equal). From there, RMC then selects the absolute finest hides and reserves them for the A-2. Bought this awhile ago and hardly wore it. I just gravitate more towards the Buco pieces. Excellent condition with no tears/holes on the cuffs/ribbing.

A-1 Flight Jacket (Freewheelers), Light Brown Shinki Horsehide, sz 40 - $1400

Basically just an awesome jacket from my second favorite Japanese heritage brand. Bought this from someone else here on Fedora Lounge who had barely worn it and realized that it didn't really fit with my style. Immaculate.

Joe McCoy Oklahoma, Black Deerskin, sz 40 - $1400

A pretty rare piece here that you'll rarely see for sale online. This is basically the deerskin version of the 30's sport jacket that RMC releases every year. It's crazy how much softer and more comfortable deerskin is to wear. This thing is luxurious.

Joe McCoy Car Coat, Black Tea-Core Shinki Horsehide, sz 40 - $1500

I searched for so long before I was finally able to procure this piece. This is another jacket that you just can't find for sale anywhere. There is just so much horsehide on this thing - it is an absolute beast.

D-1 Mechanic Jacket, Sheepskin, sz M (~40-42) - $900

This is a fun jacket - SO FLUFFY! It's quite large, but that's because it's meant to be worn over an A-2. Ideal for heavy winters.

N-1 Deck Jacket SPL, Navy, sz 40 - $1200

Special edition of RMC's super popular N-1 that was only available for purchase in physical The Real McCoy's stores in Japan. Never been worn and still has the original tags attached. Key differences/upgrades from the standard version:

-100% mouton shearling collar (instead of the standard alpaca)
-100% alpaca fur lining the body has been kept longer than the standard jacket for a more luxurious feel
-Substantially heavier jungle cloth outer for incredible wind resistance that will age impeccably over time
-Deadstock original round hole Talon zipper from the 1940's (much rarer than the bell-shaped Talon zippers)
-Limited to 100 pieces worldwide and only sold in official Real McCoy's stores

N-1 Deck Jacket SPL, Khaki, sz 40 - $1000

Same jacket as above, but from the previous year and in the Khaki colorway. Worn, but still in incredible condition.
