Luxuro Finish

Good Morning ! I won a Stetson "Sovereign" with the Luxuro Finish on Ebay this weekend. How durable to the weather is this finish? Is it a fair weather hat only? I have another Stetson Pony Express that I generally wear for rain and snow days but I believe this will be a favorite hat and I wonder what happens if the weather changes on me? The hat was not very much and I generally only keep things around that can be used. I dont believe in "collecting to look at".

I am not the most knowledgable individual present but I would suggest looking in the hat and finding out if the hat is made of wool or felt. Depending on what the hat is made of it may help determine on what occasions you may wish to wear the hat in unfavorable weather conditions.

Sovereign would be the felt designation in this case.

It is fur felt. It should be able to withstand reasonable foul weather.
