Mixed emotions from yesterday as our youngest daughter (and her husband’s side of the family) joined us at the farm to celebrate our granddaughter’s second birthday. But by the end of the evening our oldest daughter’s 14-year-old dog (who has had many health issues over the last few years) had two severe seizures. An emergency trip to the vet allowed her to pass without any more suffering. She was interred here at the farm in a late night ceremony that was lit by a wonderful nearly-full moon.

Today we shared a lot of stories about her.

We’ll miss you Faye Baybins.
