We inherited a stray kitty. The mom and kitty of about 6 weeks old showed up last summer and hung around fro a bout 3 days so we fed them. She took care of him and was still producing milk for him. After she was done teaching him she left but returns occassionally. We keep our other 2 cats inside all the time- see previous posts- but this little guy is outside for now.

He is on the right, his mom is at the left. My wife named him Kiwi

i have a female yorkshire terrier named petals, but i don't have any pics of her yet. this is KK she is an american staffordshire terrier, she used to be a friend of ours dog, but they were going to take her to the pound, and in this part of tn they put down a lot of pit bulls b/c so many people fight them here.

Some nice pup pups...

Kitty Foyle update for you. Her spleen yank went fine, only a small lymph node enlargement which could be anything, so we think the cancer is contained.

However, post op is rough. Keeps popping her sutures, and was given staples and antibiotics which make her feel ick, so she is now at the vet hosp waiting for the doc this afternoon.

Hey lookit the whitekitty! :D kisskisskisskisskiss

Sadly, my kitty is not going to be cancer free after all. Lymph node turned out malignant. We decided we're not putting her thru chemo, so we're just gonna keep spoiling her and hope for the best and not let her linger around suffering.

Everybody, hug and love your critters every day. We'll be doing that.

Oh Fletch, I'm so sorry to hear that. I lost my beloved Border Collie, Cooper, to abdominal cancer a few years back, and my ferret Tommy very suddenly to pancreatic cancer some years before that. It doesn't get any easier. :(

But your advice is very good! Claire my Birman kitty is sitting right next to me as I write this, and she will assuredly get some extra petting tonight (not that she ever suffers a lack in that department!).

I very much hate to hear that Fletch. I've lost a few in my time too, I know how rough it can be.
