Hello all, another swing and a miss for me. Love Lost Worlds but can't seem to find a pattern that fits me. This one is unlabeled, potentially a sample for the Japanese market.

Here is the link to Stuart's page:

As you can see, pattern, materials, quality etc is identical.

It is very beefy but plush, about 5.5 lbs. It has the beautiful 'trademark' Lost Worlds striations and grain.

Talon zip works perfectly, although there are minor signs of use, no flaws that I can find. I suspect it was someone's long term closet queen. Quite an interesting classic cut with a strong taper and shorter length.

Amateur measurements:

Shoulders: 20"
P2P: 20.5"
Sleeve: 22.75"
Front Length: 22.5"
Back Length: 22.25"

Asking $600 shipped in US just to move it along to someone with broader shoulders than me, international shipping we can work something out.

I was asked the waist: it is 18.5" just sitting and 19" pressed flat.

Yep. Stuart def takes sizes as more of a suggestion. Not sure if it's tied to the original Trojans or what.

Trojans do run roomy in the upper parts. My size 46 fits well. Just like my two 46 lw j23. My original j24 in size 46 is roomier than the lw. However, lw j23 and trojans are heavily quilted with wool and green quilt.

Hi Cole,
So I just purchased this exact jacket on eBay and then found this classified post from last year. Below are photos from the eBay listing - the only difference is someone removed the size tag. No idea if your buyer is the eBay seller or it transferred hands after you sold it.

You and I have very similar body builds. Do you remember why this jacket did not fit you? The size measurements should suit me spot on, but is there something unique about this pattern that makes the fit difficult?

I am in love with the photos.... I sure hope it fits.

The shoulders on this pattern are quite wide and I have pretty narrow shoulders (usually prefer 16-17")

Thanks, that’s comforting. I generally prefer 17-18 inch shoulders so hopefully that extra inch will make a difference. I do have jackets all the way out to 21 inches that work, though.

Thanks again.
