I bought this jacket from Stu at Lost Worlds probably 12 years ago. I loved the vintage Test he pictured. He ask how heavy and I had no idea what weight was, so he said "HighTest". This was the old reference to "High Test" gasoline. The jacket weights 8 pounds and the hide is very thick. I wore it as a daily jacket for years. I've owned several LW jackets through the years and the only size that fit me is a 44. I'm 71 and it just too heavy. For any kind of inclement weather this is the jacket, it sheds rain and snow. Even with the weight the jacket sits just right on the body.
