Looking for recommendations for American-made flat/Ivy cap makers

My B!Wear caps are solid and get lots of use, but they lack the refinement and details of the better caps…they also cost a fraction of what the others do. A bonus is you get to talk to Brett Stiles who has been making caps for over 50 years. He’s an American original and a hoot to waste a few hours with. Brett can accommodate some custom options, but when I showed him photos of another custom cap he said he couldn’t recreate it.

Here’s my long brimmed B!Wear linen cap:

Check out Hat People in Oregon. They make a great cap.

I agree. Be aware, they currently have two websites they're selling through: The original Hat People site where they make the caps to order, and their newer site NewsboyCap.com where they're selling caps they've already made. Either way you'll need to know your head measurement in inches prior to ordering.
