I like to combine these two:

1933 Legendre Absinthe Frappé.

Fill large glass with shaved ice
One Teaspoon Benedictine
Two Tablespoons Legendre Absinthe (Use the New Herbsaint Original)
Four Tablespoons of water

Cover Glass with a shaker and shake until frosted

Another vote here.

I was spoiled rotten for aquavit from having lived twice in Norway.

We always have a bottle in the cupboard here, usually Lysholm as it's the only readily available one here, unless my wife's family have been over and brought us "et lite stykke Norge".

I'm a huge fan of Grand Marnier. A fabulous rich orange that's not too sweet. I've even designed my own martini (sort of): using the standard vodka martini recipe, replace regular vodka with Stoli Vanil, and replace the vermouth with Grand Marnier. Shake with ice, strain into a glass with a sugared rim, add a twist of orange, and voila! A Creamsicle Martini, and a slippery slope

That sounds delish, but I don't care for GM. I much prefer Cointreau. I will have to try this, thanks for sharing

Amaretto (proper Amaretto, not the cheaper ones)
Kieler Tropfen
Dr McGillicuddy's vanilla liqueur (awesome in oatmeal raisin spice cookies)
Kahlua (if I were feeling better and didn't have to worry about a physical tomorrow I'd go for a white russian tonight)
Frangelico
