I was watching Sons Of Anarchy Season 4 and was admiring the Jacket worn by the character Lincoln Potter, Assistant US Attorney.

Does anyone know what type of jacket he is wearing?

I would love to know.

Thanks,

Dave

I believe that jacket is a Belstaff "Knockhill Vintage Trialmaster Jacket," available, for $795.00, from British Motorcycle Gear.

Lewis Leathers also do a version of that, though at a much higher price. I think somebody on the Lounge picked up a much cheaper option from somewhere in the US last year - LL Bean, maybe? I don't recall how that panned out, though. It is a rare style, and thus tends to be expensive, alas.

right you are edward on both accounts this seems to be an oddly rare style and someone did pick one up in the states ;) i picked it up from the last chance section of the J Petermans in black. unfortunatly it has long since vanished from their site but they have a new model which is essentialy the same except in brown and with quilted patches in place of the plain ones on mine

Ah, yes, I knew there was someone over here bought one.... How is it holding up? I do like this style of jacket, though I've always favoured it in waxed cotton over leather.

Its holding up well. when i got it was a size large which was a size too large on me partially due to weight loss and due to Petermans habit of excessive sizing i had it taken in on the sides by the folks at wested who did a bang up job its still a little long in all the right places and has become my favorite piece of black leather. This may be due to the fact that its the only black jacket that still fits or it could be the capacious nature of the pockets, and that unique style.
cheers

I wonder if Aero Leather would do this or something close to this in a FQHH with a full collar?

Any thoughts on how that might look?
