great fit! may i ask how tall you are and whats your weight?

I am about 173 cm and 71kg slimmer upper body. I feel an in-between size. The jacket feels just slightly oversized but I think a 38 would be too small in the shoulder

Shoulders look perfect, you might have room in the Torso area. Which is perfect sine it will allow you to layer if you have to. I would say it is a perfect fit man. Good purchase @Skiptomylou41k
