Leather Overcoats

I am looking for a style of leather coat that is meant to be worn over a sport jacket and will completely cover my butt and of course the length of the sportcoat. The Aero Veste de Rally, if I am to judge by the pictures posted, is too short. Will I need to go to a full length overcoat, past the knees or is there something shorter?

Something like Wested's Das Boot/Dr. Who coat, perhaps?

I'm not sure if it's sized to go over a jacket, but since Wested offers very reasonable custom sizing I'm sure it could be. They will also make it a range of different leather types if you go custom.
