Who makes that jacket you posted?

It is essentially X-men Wolverine's jacket in the movie. It is made by Vanson exclusively for Logan's Closet. Would love to have one if I have the extra cash.

Just a public service announcement. I've never been stung but I've heard of people waiting over 3 years for a jacket ordered through Logans Closet...if they ever arrive.

What I think happens is you order and pay in full. He then puts you on a list and as its a custom order, the jacket production doesn't start unto he orders like 10 or more, his communication through the process is non-existent as well from what I've heard. So you have to hope there are 9 other people willing to do the same at the same time or you just sit and wait....and wait....

There are a heap of threads over on moviejackets.com of people that wait ridiculously long times, some I believe are still waiting and only ever get second hand dribs of info from one of his friends.

I'd never order through him.

Yes, Protein just literally spelled out what I wanted to add. I believe it is a combination of the owner doing it as part time job as well as Vanson putting his orders at the lowest priority. I consider myself fortunate as I got one of his earliest House jackets, it took me something like 9 months. One possibility is that he has to accumulate certain number of orders before he submits them to Vanson for production, and as we know, can be very random. On the other hand, the jackets are of the usual top Vanson quality. To answer your last question, Vanson do not sell Logan's designs directly, but you can still try your luck if you seriously want one.

Vintage Paradise is in Japan, but ships outside Japan. I have purchased from VP -- very easy.

S**t, man... Looking at those Japanese sites is sometimes really suicidal. I'm after a nice trucker jacket and these pop up and I want one but can neither decide which nor can afford it, which might seem like a slightly bigger problem but it really isn't. Problem would be solved if I could buy an entire range but having just one complicates things even further. Oh well. What Nick says, next life.
