I was trying to think of who you remind me of, and then it dawned on me. GIGI!!!! You remind me of Leslie Caron. She was also in American in Paris.

I just went through the entire thread and I am amazed and delighted at the effort you have gone through to look "period" and without a doubt you all look unbelievable great.

I think I will be taking LOTS of film to the Queen Mary [how could I use a digital camera in 1939?

rangefinder all the way, I may not be the greatest photographer in the world but I will gladly shoot anyone who would like a photo on the Queen actually I would like to get a shot of each person/couple that comes to the event

I still can't get over how incredibly beautiful all of the women here are. Must be the attitude. Confidence and style count for so much. You just don't see that as much anymore. If women could just again learn how to wear a hat and give a coy smile, men's hearts would be melting worldwide.
