Kimball vintage hat in near mint condition. Flange is not quite as curled as a homburg, so I'll go with lords hat. Felt is an amazing deep blue and has a great hand. The sweatband has a very unique attachment that makes for a very comfortable fit.

open crown is 6", center creased it's 4 5/8" to top of front pinch
Brim is about 2 1/4" out at the sides with the curl and 2 1/2" front and rear
With the curl rolled flat it's almost 3".
