Khaki overload?

Am I the only one who has a tendency to over do the Khaki? If left to my own devices, I could easily be the eccentric old guy who wears Khaki from head to toe during the summer --and the more pockets, the merrier. A bit like Higgins from Magnum P.I. ...or a reject from a Hemingway look-alike contest (god, I love my safari jacket!) Fortunately, I am self-aware enough to tone-down my neurosis and wear my favorite Khaki items strategically instead of all at once. Nonetheless, I saw this all-khaki Dockers 30th anniversary stunt and it made me smile.

I like earthly colours so khaki is a go to for me too. But usually I try to have a contrast of colours.

Hemingway wore Khaki... And Miss Mary too. (Back in the day when it wasn't considered OTT, but simply what one wore when on safari in Africa.)
