Keep It Under Your Stetson

Wow! I was in training when this thread was started so I missed it. Thank you Lefty, this is an amazing thread and I mean amazing. Some of the pictures posted are blocked over here but some aren't. Good stuff!!

Thinking of this... Are you keeping it under your Stetson? I wonder how many soldiers we have on this forum that wear hats on the home-front.

Well Matt, I can say that I have quite a few hats and a lot of them are Stetsons.

as for an updated campaign, I don't think it is possible to keep much of anything secret anymore. Instead, how about a play on all of the craziness and panic that seems to assault us daily:

To keep your head when all about you are losing theirs
put your head under a Stetson.​

The more I see posts like this the happier I am I found this group. Very interesting to say the least. How things have changed! When a family member was in Iraq a few years ago his every move was in a daily blog. That wouldn't have been acceptable in 1945!

I understand that Valerie Plame will be doing a "Keep it Under Your Stetson" ad sometime in the near future...:whistling

Of course, as far as Julian Assange is concerned, Keep "It" Under Your Stetson may be sound advice for other reasons....
