Just looking at the conversion chart, looks like a 9.5 US equates to a U.K. 6.

US9.5 should mean a U.K. 9 or 8.5 depending on the last. US boot sizing is usually on the large side so a U.K. 9 is a good guess
I'm a uk9 and usually wear US9.5 in boots.
