Is this a Levis 506xx?

Looks like he is wearing a Levis 506xx - or am I wrong??

Looks darn similar, however, there's no red tab and the collar is a teeny bit large... I think there were a few companies doing very similar jackets – or blouses, as they'd been referred to by Levi's up until the 506xx! Here's my 506xx for comparison...

For me, the 506xx and the 507xx are Levis' best looking jackets ever. Have a few versions (repros) of the 507xx but no 506xx - yet...!

Those are ace^ I tried finding one in my size a few years back, but they were only available from Japan for around 200$. So I settled on the 1960's style instead for about 60$[huh]

I was never into denim jackets - until buying, without knowing what it was, a type II repro jacket. Love the cut, the pockets, the pleats. And two pockets make it a lot more useful.
