1. Many prices look half or less than elsewhere.
2. I didn't see any customer reviews on the website.
3. I did a web search but didn't find anyone talking about buying anything from the site.

Thank you.

Seriously? I clicked on the drop down menu and was promptly redirected to some Chinese sex site. What would make you think this is real?

I had navigated to various products on the site without being redirected to any sex sites.
My web searches had not shown any complaints about the site or warnings from any cyber-security company.
The lack of third-party information about the site one way or the other puzzled me.
For now, the site is still in my personal do-not-buy list.

Thank you.

I just tried to look at it and I got sent straight to a Chinese porn site, from inputting mymilitarysurplus.com in my browser address bar.

Bit embarrassing.

It is prudent to look for information ABOUT a questionable site before going directly into the site.

It is also prudent to disable automatic redirects.

The problem is that so many mainstream websites and supposedly secure webpages use inherently un-safe web designs which push people into un-safe browsing for normal usage.

Microsoft exhibits its "So what?" kind of attitude:

Is Windows a virus?:

Thanks for the info about page redirects. I’m not very tech savvy and always wondered what was happening with redirects. Now I know.

(Not that I frequently land on sketchy webpages like the one asked about here, but it has happened.)
