That’s what smacks about it–it’s not even full price, it’s full price plus full price for IHUK’s cut, which gets absurd when you’re ordering from a non-Japan store that isn’t even in the UK.

I agree the prices are absurd and there are comps in terms of the denim offerings for far less in multiple locations across the internet.

Yeah, I don’t mind paying a slight premium to support local distributors and account for their costs and service; importing stuff gets pricey, and I’ve definitely benefited from being able to do a size exchange with History Preservation for a Buzz Rickson’s jacket. (HPA, to his credit, charges basically Japan prices or a minimal upcharge on most items.)
