Iron Heart Cafe: $695 !!!

I bought this several months ago straight from Iron Heart. Major price drop on an Iron Heart Cafe leather jacket that’s practically new!!!

I’ve lost my mind and will likely throw up for selling this.

I may talk a big game by using the word “beater” in the company of this jacket, but that’s ONLY to describe what this Iron Heart IHJ-35 is made for. However, if you talk to member bdf70, with whom I privately communicated about how absolutely gorgeous the IH jacket is, he can tell you that I’ve confessed to treating this jacket like a baby, because it is so damn nice. It really has been babied and the condition shows it.

Bought several months ago, it has been worn very little and with care. Minimal creases in the sleeves—just BARELY starting, and only few. It has never seen a drop of water. It has no scent or odor, other than the terrific Horsehide aroma. Just through handling and respectful wearing, some limited teacore feature is starting to show through. I imagine in years down the road, a jacket like this will be featured on some website for sexy vintage leather jackets... a tough, well-loved black leather jacket with peeked-through brown patina.

But my jacket has a lot of breaking in to do, just haven’t the chance to do that.

Quick reply to an email question: I believe the lining is a Duck material, which seems tough as nails and will last an eternity, yet amazingly comfortable as a go anywhere and a daily jacket.

FYI: I don’t hang any of my leather jackets (only did so for these pictures). I have a large dresser in the walk-in closet that I keep all my leather jackets laying flat on top.

Just dropped the price from $995 to $695. (Iron Heart is selling these for $1500 + tax.) This one is only a few months old and hardly worn.

EDIT: To be absolutely clear, other than the beautiful tea-core starting to show through naturally in some areas from handling and gentle wearing, there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with this badass Iron Heart IHJ-35. It’s barely beginning its life. I just sell my jackets historically at much lower prices.

The jacket is packaged very securely and water-proofed, ready for its trip to the new owner! There are quite a few people on the fence from this and from the Iron Heart forums. This jacket just needs someone with the right dimensions and with the balls to wear the hell out it, the way it was made to be worn.
