A video I found in today's Guardian online (UK) showing 100 years of mens' fashion. Found it on Youtube in case the Guardian is region specific!

But us sticklers would note that the hat for 1935 has an odd hatband and the trousers for 1945 are too short (for 1915 way too long).

That was well done, but the jacket looked too short for 1935 to my eye. Still, a lot of fun.

I just watched this, and was thrown by the proportions as well: pant length and waistbands were wrong. I suppose they do these videos to appeal to the broadest audience possible and not always the most authentic details are used.

Silly caricatures. Sort of like the ladies who in the 1920's wore naught but fringed dresses, or girls in the 1950's who only owned poodle skirts.
