Honestly, if you want a dishtowel with Jesus on it, why don't you make it yourself? There are iron-on transfers, embroidery, puff paint...seriously! Also, I would think there are collector's plates that have Jesus on them. I'm sure you could eat off of those too if you really wanted to.
Anyway, to be quite honest, for something to be discriminatory, it has to do with it being a systematic, institutionalized practice of discrimination. For instance, a woman who is plus size and can't find a nice party dress in her size, would, in my opinion, be discrimination on the clothing industry's part. Why? Because demand DOES exist for large clothing as there are plenty of people who are not a size 8 in this country. Also, larger sized people are often discriminated against in a myriad of ways in society as well.
So, your issue is not discrimination because 1) Not that many people want Jesus towels and 2) This nation is largely a Christian nation (institutionally), regardless of what the First Amendment says.
