Identifying and in search of a rather jacket with buttons on cuffs (see photos)

Hi,

I'd appreciate any help identifying this jacket and/ or suggestions for something similar. looks like an asymmetrical double rider with narrow lapels, button tabs alongside with zipper, and buttons on the cuffs with button chest pockets . What particularly interests me is the button use, and the fact that lapel isn't too large!
