I am trying to identify the name of this hat. The brim measures 2.5 inches, and the crown is 4 inches. It had a wider hatband (I think) for most of its life…it had none when i got it, so I’m using the pictured one for now.

I don't mean to sound dismissive, but the chances of finding a model name for this hat are slim to none. It's way more modern than most of us generally focus on. I pay more attention to Hatco Stetsons than most and this, conversely, strikes me as old enough to be outside my personal window of knowledge. On top of that, without the original band, it could be anybody's guess, what we're left with is a c crown shape and 2.5" brim. Well that could be any number of hats given that there are only so many shapes they are pressing and this crown shape would have been used for multiple models in the same year.
