Iced Graham Crackers

OK, when I was younger my mother used to make this up and, wow!, was it great. She would make up a butter icing and use it to ice graham cracker squares. Usually some with vanilla, some with chocolate, and some with strawberry. These things were great! I would come home from school or work and they would be there on the kitchen table on a big big plate - these iced graham crackers all stacked up like a pyramid. My mouth waters just thinking about them. Is anyone here familiar with this treat?

Never thought of it... but I've always liked iced oatmeal cookies.

My mom would simply put butter on graham crackers. She also liked buttered matzas crackers. Anything with butter - preferably cold butter, which meant you got more on what ever you were buttering (I remember we usually kept the butter dish in the cupboard with the dinner plates).
