I think I found an interesting piece. 1940s suede Cossack jacket, would love to know more about it!

I can't quite seem to date this thing properly, the zippers are talon but from the guides I was reading I can't tell if this is pre or post war talon. it's in gorgeous condition and it fits me awesome. I'm 6 foot and typically a size 42. I found it out thrifting and was almost too excited to buy it. Still smells of veg tanned suede, no dry rot anywhere I can see and all minor damage is super reparable. I think it's a super cool and flattering cut.

The jacket is a half-belt style with side adjustments. Bond Manor was a retailer. The smooth collar is a common look on Suedes from this era. The Talon zipper is from the 1940s, this zipper assembly began during WWII and lasted until 1950.
