I recieved the best compliment the other nite at the pub

I was feeling quite chappish so I thought I'd throw on a black three piece and put my black fedora on at a rakish angle. From there I hit one of my favorite pubs and two 70 odd year old gentlemen came over and complimented me on my suit and said that it was "nice to see someone that still believes in dressing the part for going out"

Nothing as swell as a compliment from the older generation, Mister B.

It's the reward for all the work of vintage - "You know, that suit/hat reminds me of when I was young/my grandfather/the town where I grew up..." Getting the stories is like getting the final part of the outfit you can never find on your own.
