It wouldn't work on me (my head demands wide brims lol) but I'm not averse to it. It's at least got a nice color scheme to it. I think it would suit you.

I like it ¡¡¡

Kangool has a great styles, I like styles, but I did not buy once since the brand is made in China, I do not know if the materials are made in England or also are made in China, before this all Kangool products were made in Cumbria, Great Britain, I do not pay a lot of money for chinese products.

Nice pattern. This would make an excellent casual hat. Something that is sorely missing from so many people's collection of hats.

I might wear it if it were a darker tone (grey probably), as I don't really wear lighter colors much. It has an interesting look to it. I would be willing to try it.

It's not quite the look I'm after, personally, but I know there's quite a number of people out there that could pull off stingy brims like that, likely even including yourself. I've yet to try one myself though. Next time they start selling them at my community college campus, I might snap of a cell phone picture of myself trying it on, just to post it here to see what you think. I have confidence that you can make it work, though.

I gotta be honest, I doubt I can pull of a stingy brim, but I think its a great casual hat and it'd be awesome to bum around in. I feel like I really need a nice casual hat, so far I've got 3 fedoras, fur felt giant monsters modelled after the 30s style, high crown tear drop pinched front. I love them, but you can't wear it with everything.

Cheers for the input guys...

My personal "look" doesn't look right in Fedora's and suits, but I am always on the lookout for interesting hats....I've seen this exact one in a shop near me for just 10 pounds....will grab it today :)

Oh and ScionPI2005...there is a darker option

I bought it today...label insde says medium and I usually wear a large [ 58cm ] but I think a large would feel huge

after a soaking and a bit of crushing...

I really like that on you. I'm one who still likes a good stingy brim when they are indeed good looking.

Personally, I would go for the darker variant to work with my skin tone, but this one suits you quite well.

P.S The person above who stated that many collections are lacking casual hats... I tend to agree, most of the folks who post in the "daily hat" thread are dressed up, there aren't many true casual looks going on there. Not that I have issues with folks dressing up, but it's nice to see hats in a more casual environment, too.

I think the guys on here with the smart ensembles look just great....but there is a need for less dressy hats for guys like me who can't carry it off and for whom "casual" is a way of life ;)
