I lost a friend today

I'm sorry to hear about this, Art. I've never owned a horse, or really been around them, but they are such magnificent animals that it's hard to grasp how delicate they really are. I know of no other animal that can be full of life and strength one minute, and literally be gone the next. The shock must be very overwhelming. My condolences to you.

Sadly, our daughter lost her dog last week as well. She also nursed him back to health a year ago when she got him and was devastated at the loss.
