Latest Creation | I was watching 'After the thin man' from 1936 for some inspiration. Many fantastic hats in that movie. I wanted to recreate the hat worn by the character Abrams. It has this very unique ribbon style that just looks amazing. I wouldn't know what color that hat was, but I went for an Olive Green in Beaver Fifty. It is available for sale on my website in size 59, US 7 3/8.

Sharing some news that I think you might like. I am using a new type of hatband as seen on this hat. Manufactured in Europe through Hufvud. It has been a year long project to develop and to start to use in all the new hats. Colors are still limited, but more colors are rolling out over the summer.

Starting with this brown 52mm hatband as well as a 11mm brim binding band, that becomes about 4mm from the edge. It's a cotton and rayon blend. They will be available in 9mm, 11mm, 14mm, 18mm, 22mm, 27mm, 32mm, 38mm, 45mm and 52mm. Once I have sufficient stock I will be able to sell to others. Perhaps in Early 2027.

As of writing this, there are 4 out of 5 of these hats available for sale on my website, www.hufvud.com
