How many new jackets do you have coming (and how many potential ones)?

Considering either a Schott SP540 or a P266 as my next acquisition. Wish the 540 was still available in horsehide...

The Schott sale is coming up in a few weeks (anyone else going?) so I might look to see if there's anything appealing at a favorable price there.

Very excited to go even if it means having to get up at 4 am to drive to Jersey and stand outside in line freezing - its just once a year. Maybe they'll have other clothing items like sweaters, shirts, belts, etc.

An eBay sizing typo saved me from buying 3 jackets in a week after not buying any for months....alas, I think the two I got are worth it.

After letting two slip away when I first starting looking at classifieds (and thus thinking another would come up for sale soon enough!) I finally snagged a Real McCoy's J22 and cannot wait for it to arrive. I just hope it fits as well as I'm hoping based on measurements/how it fits compared to the J24s.

I also just received this lovely Vanishing Point/natural horsehide single rider from another Lounger. It might be a touch bigger than a typical 44 but I think a 42 would be a bit small. Going to determine that for certain as I give it some wear over the next few weeks now that fall is here! Can't wait to develop the patina further.

Just ordered a brown Freewheelers Brakeman coat from YJA for around $1200 USD. Thank you, 20% off coupon. Excluding the shipping and import fees it seemed like a good enough deal since a Brakeman sold for around the same price here the other day so I had to pull the trigger. All my leather jackets are horsehide though, if this deal didn't show up I probably would have gotten a deerskin or sheepskin jacket for more comfort but there don't seem to be many of those in a car coat style which I don't currently have. Might've ordered a deerskin/sheepskin double rider that could've looked a bit like cosplay on me.

The measurements for the size 38 and 40 Brakeman coats I'm seeing online are all over the place but I hope the size 40 will work for me. My size 38 Rainbow Country Hercules is a bit restrictive at times but the sleeves are just the right length. Meanwhile my size 40 Flat Head HS005's sleeves extend just a little bit past my wrist which I'm not a fan of even though the jacket is overall more comfortable.

I’m waiting on:
- a double helix a-1 from a fellow lounger due this week
- a johnson leathers custom aviator halfbelt due at the end of the year
- two good wear halfbelts (mojave and arcadia) due by hopefully sometime this decade…

The J22 is a great find. I am looking for something like the j21, which is more crop cut

It arrived a bit earlier than expected and is glorious. It's already more cropped than expected (definitely boxier than the j24 they have IME, but in a good way) so I'd be curious to see what the J21 is like.

I saw two of these post in the classifieds years ago in very quick succession for a good price for both and got the false impression it would be easy to find one for sale, haven't seen one since here but at last someone on eBay had it mismarked as a J24 which might have helped keep the price/interest down.

Now to just try and find a mouton collar! Leaning purple...

Got two jackets delivered yesterday:
-Levi's sherpa trucker from the 80's, with hand warmer pockets and orange tab
-Joutsen Arctic down jacket in Navy, maybe 10-15 year old in excellent condition

Ready for mild early winter with a flip to a really cold weather after new year:D Atleast that's the argument:D

And one is on it's way currently:
-CHP straight zip from classifieds

Thank you! I think my measurements show around 23 inches on the back and this is a size 44, which was surprising to me since it feels short but not THAT short. I had a 23.5 inch back Schott Perfecto that felt too short whereas this is just right.

I just purchased 2 leather jackets and am considering at least 2 more to take away my sorrow of having to part with my grailed leather jacket of all time, which is a stunning Italian-made 2004 black buffalo skin jacket from GUCCI by Tom Ford & Co.
