The Herms is great! It came in already. The leather is really thick and lustrous. I’ll post a fit pic to the Herm’s thread later.

Herm's Leathertogs is pretty rare. Good to hear it is quality hide. Looking forward to pics as well.

Pioneer wear wool arrived! It’s far heavier than my others western wools. A real winter coat, heavier and thicker.

I’m thinking about hacking 1.5” off the bottom. Thoughts? At 32” it feels too long and I think a bit shorter is more maneuverable.

I think it can be safely shortened a bit. Will have better proportions actually.

Here’s a fit pic of the herms. I couldn’t find the thread. As you can see it has a generous fit across the chest/shoulders and a bit of flare at the hips.
