The remake of my FL modified J24 is almost complete. Greg made a mock up of the detachable mouton collar, he hasn't made one before so he is working out the most optimal placement of the snap buttons so it's easy on the eyes and will meet his standard. I haven't even received the jacket but I already want a brown version Lol

Leather looks amazing and THICK! I'd want a much thicker, fluffier collar though.

Greg gave me the grainy hide this time around and it looks great. Yes it should be fluffier than the white collar.

Mock up version 2.0 of the detachable collar. Greg will use the original buco construction for this. This will not be the actual fur collar used for the project

...The brown is rather dull in most stockist photos, but it is supposed to age to a more rich, reddish tone...

@dudewuttheheck I am sure, your Bodie Deerskin Jacket will age beautifully! Here are some shoots from my black Deerskin FW Sunset Jacket I sadly had to sell due some massive weight loss... still a jacket I liked a lot. As you can see after some wear it will show some shiny areas... don't baby it, wear it hard and you develop a very nice patina
