It is quite nice; apparently it's got 5 offers already (including one from me.) Which, judging from his asking price and the price of some of his other items, will be declined or will expire. That seller's got some nice stuff anyway.

I don't have a problem with that price as I always consider what the replacement cost would be today (if you could find the fabric). I assume these high prices are paid by like minded folks.
