If I haven't heard back about a change in a few days would you recommend calling?

I made sure that I told him EVERY detail that I wanted, including measurements before I placed the order. I feel that that is a good policy with any custom made clothing.

I sometimes do this but it just depends. Sometimes I've gone back and forth with some orders cause of comparisons between options/materials (baker shoes). Other times the maker walks me through every step and confirms everything clearly over email (Lostworlds & Langlitz).

I guess I'll just write up my specs for the jacket I like and send them over

He is super busy, so does not request exact sizing from customers, but if you tell him what you want, he will do it.

What an epic choice!!!

Usually a couple of months or so. It's not too bad, but it's just him and one or two other people making the jackets so it depends on how much he is travelling.
