An interesting expt., Ray. Obviously i haven't seen the suit in person, before or after the surgery. How much was it actually raised? The gorge seems extremely high now, as does the button stance; a "Kent" treatment may be in order.
This may be corrected by having the waist let out a bit, and maybe by a Kentification as i say, but this is the first suit i've seen that looks bad on you. (maybe just the photograph, too.)
