White tag numbers. Look at the 5th number from left to right to find the year. The serial on that jacket is 2004. I have one from the same year, purchased in 2004 in NYC. That particular tag was also used later but had a different center made in the USA tag.

Lot number: 1100 First 4 numbers on the tag

Year: 4 2004. Sometimes it is hard to pinpoint the decade.

Batch number: 007 Batch number
