They got me this candlestick for Christmas. Funny story behind it. I was talking about it being for sale at the Pardeeville antique mall one day. I said that they dropped the price and I was going to go back for it next weekend. It was gone, that was about six months ago. They bought it and have been holding onto it for me all this time.

I got a few very modern gifts combining to provide a wonderful new swing-era experience. A vintage-styled iPod speaker combined with a vintage alarm clock/Internet radio app has yielded a solid-looking "radio" that plays all the classics I know and many I don't! And it wakes me up to tunes that put a swing in my step!
