Great interview! I'm so glad i went to the brick and mortar store in New Haven recently. I got to meet Mr. Delmonico and Jeff in person and they are every bit as personable as in this video. I highly recommend it if anyone is ever in the Yale vicinity. As others have said they are great to deal with.

Well, I watched the video and couldn't stop looking at the hat Mr. DelMonico was wearing. Ordered one in 7-3/4 long oval and the minute I took it out of the box it made me hate all my other hats. I have never had a hat fit like it, it's like wearing a smoke ring on my head.
