I recently picked up this old John B. Stetson bowler and I’m trying to learn more about it and narrow down the age.
The sweatband is marked:
“John B. Stetson Co. – Flexible Conforming – Philadelphia”
The liner has the older crest with:
“John B. Stetson Company / American Manufacture / Excellent Quality”
It also has a retailer stamp for:
Blum’s Hats – Manhattan, Brooklyn, Newark, Bronx
