Help me dating an old vintage waiscoat

Hi guys.
I'm getting interested in very old clothing from the late 19th and early 20th century.
I recently found this waistcoat at a flea market, which, if I'm not mistaken, it's a morning dress waistcoat or a waistcoat of a frock coat ensemble. Am I right?
Do you know roughly which decade it could be from?
The back has a brownish colour and a texture that reminds me of waxed jackets. Could it be black silk or another faded material?
The fourth photo is the inside of the lapel.
There's no label indicating who made it, and the buckle simply says "Paris."
It has three pockets and no pockets inside.
What also caught my attention was the silhouette, as it has quite a bit of waist supression, and the bottom part reminds me of corsets. I haven't seen that before on any of the waistcoats I own.
