help me choose a cafe racer (first leather jacket)

I'll ask but does Thurston generally send out a second fit jacket? I'm definitely curious how a size smaller cafe racer would fit me. I could use a half inch in some spots like the arm hole, upper back, maybe shoulders. Is the cafe racer drastically roomier up top or just a little bit? It's hard to guess fit from measurements since some things like arm opening width and upper arm sleeve width aren't included.
