Help Identifying JA Dunbow A-2

Hey all,

I wondered if anyone could help identifying this A-2 I picked up recently. I don't think its an original but maybe someone could help with identifying the maker. Its real nice quality made jacket.

It's an older Lost Worlds A-2. The incorrect label missing the integral size number is a solid giveaway, as is the incorrect zipper with poly tape and solid stoppers, the knit parts, and the leather. Many clues for those familiar with these ...

Yes, visually, the leather does indeed look very, very nice. This is clearly made from a leather batch dating to about 1993. I recall seeing a particular example outfitted with a NOS Talon zipper from about '92-'93 and it was very impressive with respect to the leather, except that the hide was just too thick vis-a-vis an original A-2 and it would take supreme effort to ever show signs of wear.
