I think it's Dennis Gage from Speed Channel's My Classic Car. Sorry, but I'm better at identifying facial hair than hats.

And it really IS the guy on the Pringles can. He founded the company and sold out. Now plays around in the classic car hobby, mainly as TV host for such shows as My Classic Car.

Yet, even with all of that success, he'll continue to feel a sense of disappointment as Willie Chevalier conquers the freestyle goatee category year after year. There's just no real glory in any of the moustache categories.
