Hello I have been a member of The Fedora Lounge since God knows when but i haven't had the chance to go on and chat but i have read the spectacular blogs. Well since i am here let me introduce myself . My name is Yovana i am really young 18 is the age but what can i say i have a vintage soul.I live in California and still attend high school this is my last year 09. I love to explore the 20's and 50's eras they are my favorites =]] . I don't know that much but i do know one thing or too ... so if you would like to chat later on =] i hope you do help me get more knowledgeable in my two favorites era's .

I'm pretty new myself but welcome all the same. I think I was around 18 when I started getting into vintage clothes and the golden era. My grandfather has a saying that "I should have been born fifty years ago" I don't know how many times I've heard that

Welcome to the lounge it's a great place to learn and to share. I have been into vintage clothes also since highschool, a little earlier then you but not by much. I am now almost 41 so with some people it seems to stick around for nearly a life time. Have fun while you are here!

Thank you all very much for the welcome ... and your right Foofoogal i have all ready learned and explored a lot in the blogs cant wait for the many more . Paddy you are as well right in taking my first steps its not bad so far lol. Ethan Bentley thank you and i bet your grandfather was right ... Brooksie that its amazing i hope it sticks with me as well though i did get into the vintage quite earlier theres way to many things to love. Hemingway Jones yes i guess we can chat about your favorite music era and why?

I got into wearing vintage in my teens (15 years old when I got my first vintage outfit) however I have been into things of a vintage nature way before then...the first music I remember hearing (when I was about 4 years old) was the Glenn Miller Orchestra at my grandma's. Since a young age I also have had a penchant for vintage furniture that has followed me till this present day and is what I have in my apartment.
