It would be neat to see a picture (and/or a description) of the FL's famous hatters favorite hat(s) they have built. It would be really interesting to see what hat they consider their best to date.:eusa_clap

holy smokes Bart!!!! This could be the toughest thread yet . I have so many that I think turned out well, but I haven't made me "best" yet so I'm glad you put the "to date" part in.

I for one will have to think about it and see what pics I can come up with. One that I know is on the Lounge already is the Panama I built for DocHolliday as the prize for the raffle last year. Can't remember the title of the thread but Lefty started it.

I remember seeing that picture. It was silverbelly with a burgundy ribbon. Nice looking hat.

I don't have a pic readily available. But, my fav is a vintage Cavanagh, with Cavanagh edge. Simply one of the best hats I have ever laid my hands on. I don't wear it though. It is stored in moth balls and cedar. A work of art. Fedora
