That does look good.Yes! I'm really digging that hat. Looks like about a 3 inch brim with some curl and flare.

Bryan Cranston, reprising his stage role as LBJ on HBO this weekend in "All the Way".
This looks like an off-the-shelf modern Open Road, distressed by the wardrobe people. I'll probably watch it because it's getting good reviews, but I'll have to work to put aside 1) the memory of the larger-than-life persona of LBJ, 2) the memory of Bryan Cranston as Walter White (and farther back, as Hal the father in Malcolm in the Middle and Dr. Tim Whatley on Seinfeld), 3) the more-than-likely bad Texas accent, and 4) the hat.
You mean a cable TV show based on a comic book about a magic gun that kills demons isn't real?☺And Wyatt Earp never had any kids, therefore he couldn't have any great granddaughters. And he never lived in Purgatory.
That, and television producers haven't ever really been overly concerned with letting historical facts get in the way of the story they want to tell. You mean a cable TV show based on a comic book about a magic gun that kills demons isn't real?☺
That too, Greg. Maybe I won't watch it.
I've seen a replica hat with a 3-1/2" brim that looked too narrow, and one with a 4-1/4" brim that looked too wide. I'd say 4" is just about right.4" brim? The hat used on the TV seems to have less than 4" brim

I also always liked that hat. Interestingly, Mr. McRaney appears occasionally on Longmire.Gerald McRaney as Rick Simon on Simon & Simon. A personal favorite .
Great show!Longmire's hat liner
+1No, I think that's the look they're going for.
